Return policy

RETURN

This return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code*, which guarantees the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase within 7 (seven) days from receipt of your order, and return due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period of 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt.

RETURN REQUEST

Requesting a return is quick and easy! Customers have up to 7 days from receipt of the product to submit a request to the Aloeh Beauty Customer Service Center by email at contatoaloehbeauty@hotmail.com. If the customer has not yet received the product, they must submit a request to the Aloeh Beauty Customer Service Center and then refuse to accept the product. Any gifts or samples received as part of the purchased product that will be returned must be sent along with the product, regardless of the reason.
Aloeh Beauty will analyze your request and provide information and clarification on how to return the item to our Distribution Center. When submitting your request, please provide the order number and the reason for the return. Additional information and photos may be requested. In any case, please follow the "Product Return Conditions," which are described below.
Aloeh Beauty will provide the credit corresponding to the amount paid for the user to use toward another purchase. If the purchased product has a higher value than the credit previously received, the customer must make a supplementary payment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Customers may return any purchased product within 7 (seven) days of receipt, provided the conditions stipulated in this policy are met. Shipping and return costs are the customer's responsibility. In any case, the "Product Return Conditions" must be followed, as described below.

Delivery error, damaged product or packaging
If the product packaging shows any damage or sign of tampering, we recommend that you refuse to receive it and immediately contact the Aloeh Beauty Customer Service Center by email at contatoaloehbeauty@hotmail.com. If the packaging has already been received and presents any of the situations above or if it presents any discrepancy, such as missing product or product that does not match what was purchased, we also ask that, within 24 hours of delivery of the product, you notify the Aloeh Beauty Customer Service Center. In these situations, we advise customers to take photos and send them along with the report of the incident, as well as the recipient's details and the respective date.
Once the products have been effectively received by Aloeh Beauty, an internal analysis will be carried out, and new information may be requested from the customer to better understand the facts.

REFUND OPTIONS

The refund of the amount paid will be made by means of a refund directly to the credit card or deposit into a current account, preferably using the same payment method used to complete the order.
To ensure greater transparency and respect for customer rights, if products are lost, Aloeh Beauty may immediately cancel the sale and send a replacement product to the customer so they can receive their purchase as quickly as possible. If the customer does not wish to have the product returned, a deposit will be made to their checking account or a refund will be made to their credit card, as requested.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, sealed, with no signs of use and in perfect condition, accompanied by the invoice. All returned products undergo an Aloeh Beauty Quality Control analysis upon arrival at our Distribution Center, which may take up to 20 business days. The returned product and/or refund will only be released after approval by our Quality Control. If any discrepancy or violation is identified, we will not accept the return and will return the product to the sender without prior notice.
Gifts and samples received as a result of the purchased product, and which will be subject to return, must be sent together with the product, regardless of the reason.

DEADLINE FOR REFUND

Credit Card Payment: The credit card refund will appear on up to two statements after the return is completed, depending on the card's expiration date. Depending on the credit card issuing bank's procedures, the refund will be made on a single statement for the full purchase amount, regardless of whether the amount was paid in installments. This means the customer can continue to be debited monthly, according to the installment plan.
